Privacy Policy

This page explains what information Noon Care may collect, how it is used, and how to get in touch if you have questions about privacy. It is written in plain English and kept deliberately simple.

Last updated: 23 April 2026

At a glance

Noon Care collects only what is needed to respond to enquiries and plan support. Information you share with us is used to help work out whether support is a fit, to organise a first conversation, and to handle any arrangement that follows. We do not sell or trade personal information. If you have questions at any point, you can reach us on the details at the bottom of this page.

What this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how Noon Care may collect, use, store and disclose personal information when you visit the Noon Care website, send an enquiry, or otherwise get in touch with us. It applies to the website and the enquiry processes connected to it.

Noon Care respects the privacy of participants, families, carers, support coordinators and anyone else who contacts us. We aim to handle personal information carefully, keep it to what is actually needed, and be honest about how it is used.

If you have questions at any point after reading this policy, you are welcome to get in touch. Details are at the bottom of this page and on our contact page.

Information we may collect

The information Noon Care may collect depends on how you interact with us. We try to keep it to what is genuinely needed to respond to an enquiry or to plan support. In general, this may include:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number
  • Your postcode
  • Details you choose to share about the participant, the household, or the support you are enquiring about
  • Any other information you include in a message, email or phone call
  • Basic website usage information, such as pages visited, if analytics are in use

We do not run accounts, payment systems, participant portals or healthcare record integrations from this website, so personal information is generally limited to what you share directly when you enquire or communicate with us.

How we collect information

Most of the information Noon Care holds is collected directly from you. That usually happens in one of a few ways:

  • When you submit the enquiry form on the contact page
  • When you email us directly
  • When you call us
  • When you send a message through any other channel we make available
  • Through standard website usage data where analytics are in use

Where information reaches us from someone enquiring on behalf of a participant (for example, a family member, carer, support coordinator or plan manager), we assume that person has the appropriate basis to share it. If you are not sure, you are welcome to ask before sending it.

Why we collect and use information

Noon Care collects and uses personal information to help respond to enquiries and to plan support where that is the appropriate next step. That generally looks like:

  • Responding to questions you send us
  • Understanding the situation so we can work through whether we are a fit
  • Scheduling a first conversation with the participant, family or coordinator
  • Confirming plan context, support needs and the shape of an arrangement before anything is set up
  • Keeping records that help us support a participant properly if an arrangement does go ahead
  • Improving the website and the way enquiries are handled

We try to use information only for the reasons it was shared, or for directly related purposes. If we ever need to use information for a different reason, we will let you know.

When information may be disclosed

Noon Care does not sell or trade personal information. Information you share may be disclosed in limited situations, generally:

  • To support workers and team members involved in responding to your enquiry or delivering support, where relevant
  • To a support coordinator, plan manager or family member where it is clear they are part of the enquiry
  • To trusted service providers that help operate the website, such as hosting, email or analytics tools, where they have access to information only as part of providing those services
  • Where required or permitted by law

We aim to share the minimum that is useful, and only where it is reasonable to do so.

Storage and security

Noon Care takes reasonable steps to keep personal information secure. That includes using trusted service providers for email and hosting, keeping access limited to people who need it, and holding information only for as long as it is useful.

No method of handling information is completely secure. If something happens that we believe materially affects the privacy of information we hold, we will take appropriate steps in line with our obligations.

Access and correction

You are welcome to ask what personal information Noon Care holds about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if something is out of date or inaccurate. You can also ask us to delete information, and we will consider the request against any reason we may need to keep it (for example, a record of an arrangement already delivered).

The simplest way to do that is to get in touch using the contact details at the bottom of this page.

Cookies and website usage information

The Noon Care website may use standard web technologies, including cookies and similar tools, to help the site function and to understand how it is being used at a general level. That information is typically aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

Most browsers let you refuse cookies or remove them later. Doing so may affect how some parts of the website work for you, but the core content remains readable.

Third-party services

Like most modern websites, Noon Care uses a small number of trusted third-party services to help run the site (for example, hosting, email delivery and analytics). These services may process information on our behalf as part of providing their service. We try to keep this list small, and we select providers we believe handle information responsibly.

This website may also link to other websites from time to time. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which this policy does not cover.
